Factors Essential to Enhance Education Quality: A Case Study of Graphic Era University

Abstract

In this study, author has identified the factors to enhance the service quality in the higher education sector at Graphic Era University. In this study, author has also described the methodology to test the most important factors out of many factors that are used to determine the quality of educational institute using qualitative and quantitative studies that under five heads teaching methodology, environmental change in study factor, disciplinary measures, placement activities, overall satisfaction and personal information of the respondent. The research outcomes have been empirically tested for validity, reliability indices using exploratory factor analysis.
