Abstract
The world has great treasures embodied in the ocean of knowledge. Libraries are the source of knowledge and heritage collections. Vatican library situated in the Vatican Palace, Rome, Italy possess one of the oldest and rare manuscript collections of the previous centuries. It plays a major role in supporting the researchers by providing useful information and collection which helps them to reveal secrets of previous centuries in their works. It deals mainly with the subjects of history, law, philosophy, science and theology. The library is 544 years old itself with lots of treasures of subject knowledge present inside it. The digitization of older manuscripts have made easy access for taking glimpses of manuscript works of the centuries in just one click throughout the world with the help of internet services.
