This article has been retracted.

 It is brought to the attention of the editor that large section of abstract, method, result, and discussion are similar with the article “Semantic Web Identity of Academic Libraries” published by “Kenning Arlitsch” in the “Journal of Library Administration”, 2017; volume 57, issue 3, pages 346–358, doi: 10.1080/01930826.2017.1288970.

 The authors deeply regret and apologized for the unethical practice and research misconduct.
