

A Study on NGOs Effort in Rural Library Development: Discussion of Influential Cases
Abstract
Paper attempts to explore the role of NGOs in information dissemination and the establishment of rural libraries. It tries to discuss how and when these NGOs have been founded and the strategy to establish such community libraries. It tries to find out the purpose of establishing these community libraries. It also discusses the support received by these NGOs. Authors have attempted to study local, national, and international level NGOs out of which few important cases have been discussed here
