Significant Role of Medical Librarian in Reducing Stress Level among Doctors by Providing Recent Information Related to Medical Diagnosis

Doctors meet face-to-face all aspects of human life–from birth to death, experiencing a person's first breath and the emotions that surround someone's last. Stress is a worldwide phenomenon and unfortunately, well-known to healthcare workers in different parts of the world. Stress is a critical phenomenon. Healthcare professionals also facing some problems like lack of skills and knowledge of electronic resources, lack of time, internet based tools an evidence-based medicine, etc. Hence, medical librarian plays a significant role in providing latest information to healthcare professionals. They have adequate knowledge, skills and trained for providing reliable and necessary medical information on time. So, they play an intermediary role between information and doctors and considered as the main core in providing recent knowledge of medical diagnosis.
