This study is based on online survey and observation methods through some selected checklists/parameters and GTmatrix tools to analyze the websites' design and performances. Most of the chosen IITs' libraries' websites were very easy. They had fundamental usability features regarding general information related to the library, library services, retrieving features, Web 2.0 applications, websites efficiency, page image, page size, page load time, etc. This study found a wide scope for improvement for the IITs library websites.
