User accessibility to information during the COVID – 19 Pandemic: A Practical Experience at Seshadripuram Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) Bengaluru

Abstract


The present article highlights the accessibility of information provided by the Seshadripuram Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) during the pandemic of COVID -19. Library staff must show their expertise and experience by adopting new skills and ideas to support the entire user community for their academic needs. To ensure complete user satisfaction with the availability of information offered by SIMS library, it is necessary to rephrase the sentence. The study reveals that library staff has been very cooperative and have provided the information during the pandemic. The library staff has been extremely cooperative in providing information for the present study through online platform. The study's results, which indicate that online coordination for research and publication has been facilitated, are promising and should encourage us to take appropriate steps to enhance access to information even further.
