The biology of the soil is very complicated and it is always the matter of the great work, the soil biology is very useful in the agriculture and in the differ kinds of the forest products. Soil is the life for all kinds of the life’s, the soil is the laboratory in which all biological reaction occurs and they sustain the several kinds’ of the nutrient cycling or the biogeochemical cycles of the world. In the soil all kinds’ of the microbes are found, they returned the dead organic matter in the soil and after that the nutrient are utilised by the plants and animals for the several purposes. Among the soil organism the fungi are the detritus they play a vital roles and they are the main components of the detritus food chains. the fungi are the as the parasites or as the saprophytes or the form organisms, they leads the fi in the form of the diseses casing agents, the whole world of the plant pathology is based on the negative interaction of the fungi & plants. In this research article we are working on the soil fungi of the one of the area of the bimetal of the Uttarakhand Himalayas, the region is full of the vegetation and the soil is full of the many kinds of the microbes and the fungi, so we take soil from the different region and we trace to the fungi of the area. Overall the fungi of the deutetromycetes are found in common and they are followed by the Mucorales, some of the members of the saproleginiales are also observed.
