A Conceptual Study of Physiology of Female Reproductive system w.s.r. to Oogenesis and Ovulation

Abstract


Women is centre point of family and the world. It is essential for a woman to deepen and gain the mental, emotional and spiritual resources needed to carry her through all the demands of family life, without feeling depleted., therefore the health of nation depends upon the health of women so there is need for understanding physiology of female reproductive system. The Female reproductive system is designed in such a way that it carry out several functions in body. Its primary function is to produces the female egg cells necessary for reproduction, called the ova or oocytes. The system is designed to transport the ova to the site of fertilization. This article tries to understand the concept of Physiology of female reproductive system. This article highlight the summery based on the Female reproductive organs, Female sex hormone, Oogenesis and Ovulation.
