WhatsApp is a free quick messenger app that allows users to send text messages and multimedia files. In this paper, an online survey was conducted to measure the role and usability of WhatsApp groups for the delivery of Bangalore University Library services to their users. An online questionnaire was used to gather information from respondents. Findings indicated that respondents showed a positive attitude toward getting library services over WhatsApp groups.
