Abstract

AbstractThe present paper illustrates the policies framed and procedures adopted at PES College of Engineering, Mandya, in curbing the plagiarism in scholarly materials. The paper also highlighted the similar content allowed for various research outputs explaining the possible punishments for proven plagiarism. The feasibility of iThenticate in complying the UGC guidelines with respect to implementation of plagiarism prevention tools is explained.
