Social networking websites are a great example of a communication network that is a social structure that allows users to interact and collaborate with other users. WhatsApp is a free quick messenger app that allows users to send text messages and multimedia files. In this paper, an online survey was conducted to measure the role and usability of WhatsApp groups for the delivery of Bangalore University Library services to their users. An online questionnaire was used to gather information from respondents. Findings indicated that respondents showed a positive attitude toward getting library services over WhatsApp groups. Most of the respondents believed that the use of WhatsApp groups plays a significant role in the effective delivery of library services in their study, research, and teaching purposes.
