Abstract

This research paper attempts to evaluate the IEEE publications in the field of computer science in India with other collaborations on the basis of research indexed in the Web of Science online database for 12 years during the period from 2010 to 2021. A total of 63,793 research publications, 1,83,803 citations, and 108 h-index were received in India. A maximum of 9,708 (15.22%) with 26,122 (14.21%)
citations received in research publications contributed to the year 2015. The maximum number of 2,268 (3.560%) papers produced, with 18,162 (9.88%) citations from the United States, was 613 (0.96%) with 6,893 citations, and United Kingdom with 547 (0.86%) with 4,532 citations. It was identified that India with more than 112 countries collaborated on papers published and 7 countries on non-cited papers publications. India collaborated with the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Australia on the most highly cited articles.
