Issue and Challenges of Plagiarism in Digital Environment: A Conceptual Analysis

Information explosion is the concept that originated after the invention of www. Plagiarism is one of the most discussed phenomenons nowadays. It has crept in the scholarly society in the late 19th century with information explosion. The paper discusses the possible ways to avoid the plagiarism. It presents a brief conceptual analysis of plagiarism along with information on some important plagiarism detection tools/software. It also compares the characteristic features of plagiarism detection software along with pros & cons.
