Abstract

ABSTRACT
The leaves of Skimmia laureola (DC.) Sieb. & Zucc. ex Walp are used by the local people of Jammu and Kashmir in Northwest Himalayas, to cure all types of stomachic disorders. Herb collectors shun collection of the parts of the species when the species is seen in association with Aconites.
