The blessings of ayurveda and its miracle become more distinct and fruitful for those diseases that are incurable for the modern science and in which the patient loses every hope of his life. One such dreaded disease is the cholangiocarcinoma, that’s prognosis is devastating and the only curative therapy is surgical based. The present paper discusses a case study of a patient suffering from cholangiocarcinoma managed by ayurvedic treatment. The treatment includes herbal as well as herbo-mineral preparation for the total duration of three months (herbo-mineral preparations were interrupted after every 15 days for a week) during which the patient showed significant improvement in symptoms and laboratory parameters without any complication. The patient was followed-up for one year during which she was very well maintained on simple herbal medicines without the use of any conventional medicine.
