Utilization of Library Resource Among the Staff Members and Students: A Case Study

This research paper explores that, how staff members and students use the library resources in effective ways. The growth and victory of all libraries hang on its resources and its resources utilized by users. Staff members and students were selected as sample for this study on the basics of their availability. The data for this study was collected from staff and students. Availability sampling method was used for this research paper. 420 questionnaires are distributed among the staff and students. Out of 420/340 questionnaires are fully filled and move forward our research. Majority of the utilizers use the library resources for collecting information, for examination purposes, for projects, assignments and research related works. Circulation service is the most utilized service in the library (Books). Lack of library staff and learning resources were the major reasons for insufficient utilization of library resources. This paper mainly focuses on effective utilization of library resources and barriers they face during the utilization of the library.References
