Determination of the Activation Energy of a TL Peak Without Prior Knowledge of Order of Kinetics

In the present study, we extend the peak shape method of Chen for fractional intensities x =2 3 and 4 5.The novelity of the method is that it does not require the prior knowledge of order of kinetics which does not admit a straight forward evaluation. The present method has been successfully applied to computer generated TL peaks resulting from kinetic order model (KOM). The validity of the present sets of expressions for activation energy has been exemplified by applying them to experimental TLpeaks of Sodalite and Tremolite.References
