Effect of Seaweed Extracts Mediated Changes on the Germination and Pigment Concentration of Cluster Bean (var. Pusa naubahar)

ABSTRACT
The effect of crude extract from the brown seaweed Sargassum wightii and Ulva lactuca on the seed germination, growth and pigments feature of the legume plant cluster bean was studied. The findings of the present study reveal the seed germination, morphological parameter and pigment analysis. These results suggest that seaweed extracts induce stronger seed germination and growth parameters.
